2025 ACRP Oktoberfest – A Tribute to Charlie Kirk
Saturday, October 11th, 2025
Ashtabula County Fairgrounds
1:00 – 3:00 PM (Doors open at 12:30 PM)
This year’s Ashtabula County Republican Party Oktoberfest will be one of the most meaningful gatherings in our history. More than a celebration, it will be a time of remembrance, reflection, and inspiration as we pay tribute to Charlie Kirk—a husband, father, follower of Jesus, and American patriot who was politically assassinated for standing firm in his beliefs and values.
Charlie gave everything he had for the cause of truth and freedom. He poured his life into educating America’s youth, igniting hope for a brighter future, and reminding us that patriotism is not just about remembering the past, but about shaping tomorrow. His unwavering devotion to this mission continues to inspire us to this very day.
The Rest is Future
In the early days of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens reinvented a common phrase that has since become a rallying cry for a new generation of patriots. Instead of saying, “the rest is history,” they declared:
“The rest is future.”
These words capture the very essence of Charlie’s vision. He never looked backward in despair—he looked forward in faith. He believed that America’s best days were not behind us, but ahead of us. At this year’s Oktoberfest, we embrace those words as we mark a turning point in our county, our state, and our nation.
Together, we will honor Charlie by not only remembering his legacy but by recommitting ourselves to carry it forward. His vision was clear: America’s youth hold the keys to the future, and with courage, faith, and unity, the future will be brighter than ever before.
Honoring Charlie’s Commitment
Charlie Kirk lived with conviction. One of his guiding commitments was his choice never to drink alcohol while on his mission to teach, speak, and build the movement. Out of respect for that personal conviction, this year’s Oktoberfest will be a celebration without beer—a symbolic tribute to the discipline, sacrifice, and example Charlie set for us all.
Free Admission for Young Patriots
Because Charlie believed in investing in young people and empowering the next generation, the Ashtabula County Young Republicans will proudly cover the admission cost for all college students and anyone 18 years of age or younger.
Please note: all attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This ensures that tomorrow’s leaders can join in this special tribute while experiencing the support and encouragement of their families and community.
A Feast of Fellowship
Enjoy a hearty menu prepared with fellowship in mind:
Bratwurst
Fried Chicken
Baked Beans
Macaroni Salad
Desserts & Beverages
More than just a meal, this gathering will be a time to break bread with friends, neighbors, and fellow patriots who believe in preserving the future Charlie fought for.
Guest Speakers & Reflections
Local and state officials will be present to share heartfelt reflections about Charlie, his life, and his mission. This is also an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, your memories, and your commitment to carrying forward the vision Charlie championed. Guest speakers will be announced one by one over the coming weeks on ACRP’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and X).

Looking Ahead with Hope
This October, we gather not only to mourn but to rise, to remember, and to act. Charlie Kirk believed in America’s promise, and he gave his life defending it. His story is not over, because “the rest is future.”
Let us stand together—united in faith, guided by truth, and inspired by Charlie’s example—as we carry forward the torch of freedom. The turning point is here. The future is in our hands.
We look forward to seeing you on October 11th at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds as we celebrate the life and mission of Charlie Kirk.
For God. For Family. For Freedom. For America’s Future.
