He will headline our own Ashtabula County Sheriff Bill Niemi and County Prosecutor-Elect April Grabman.

Retired County Treasurer Robert Harvey, 2024 Lincoln Day Patriot of the Year! (Pictured in 2009 on his last day in office.)
Robert L. Harvey was born in Pierpont, Ohio in 1933. He was raised on a dairy farm in Jefferson and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1951.
In 1952 he and Patricia Bloom were married and they spent 65 years together until her passing in 2017. They have two children, Robert Jr. and Cynthia Farrell, six grand children, and eight great grand children.
Most of Bob’s working experience has been in finance at City Loan & Savings Co., Jefferson Savings & Loan, Andover Bank, Farmers National Bank, Ashtabula County Joint Vocational School, and Ashtabula County Treasurer. Bob was elected Treasurer in 1976 and served from 1977 until his retirement at age 76 in 2009.
Bob has lived in Andover since 1961 and in retirement he enjoys his family, friends, and the Andover area. He is forever grateful to the citizens of Ashtabula County who voted for and elected him for 8 consecutive terms as Treasurer.
Bob will be honored as the 2024 Young Republican Lincoln Day Patriot of the Year!
