13,000 murderers roam free thanks to the Biden-Harris migrant crime wave

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed today that under the immigration policies of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, there are over 13,000 convicted illegal immigrant murderers roaming the United States free, along with another 15,000 illegal immigrants convicted of sexual assault.

If anything these numbers underestimate the size of the violently criminal illegal immigrant population Biden-Harris has unleashed on the country.

The numbers come from a letter to Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX) written by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Director Patrick Lechleitner. Gonzalez had written Lechleitner asking him to identify the number of convicted criminals on ICE’s nondetained docket. Migrants on ICE’s nondetained docket would include those Biden paroled into the country after illegally crossing the southern border, like Laken Riley’s alleged murderer, Jose Ibarra, as well as all migrants flown to the U.S. through Biden’s parole program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.

There are more than 7 million illegal immigrants on ICE’s nondetained docket freely living in the U.S.

Of those 7 million, Lechleitner confirmed that 425,431 are convicted criminals, and another 222,141 have pending criminal charges, including 13,099 convicted of homicide and 15,811 convicted of sexual assault.

As bad as these numbers are, and they are a terrible indictment of the Biden-Harris immigration agenda, they definitely underestimate the number of illegal immigrant convicted criminals in the U.S. That is because the data do not include illegal immigrants who were convicted of crimes in their home countries. The criminal illegal immigrants counted by ICE in this letter only include the crimes illegal immigrants have committed here in the U.S.

If an illegal immigrant was convicted of murder or sexual assault in their home country and then came here under the Biden-Harris catch-and-release policy but they have not yet been convicted of killing or raping anyone here in the U.S. yet, they would not be included in this data.

By law, ICE is required to deport all illegal immigrants. But it is the Biden-Harris policy not to deport illegal immigrants unless they have committed a violent crime. Even then, many Democratic-controlled jurisdictions do not cooperate with ICE on even violent illegal immigrant cases, a problem Lechleitner mentions in his letter.

REPORT: Informants Claim Trump’s Plane Targeted for Assassination — Nine Surface-to-Air Missiles Smuggled into U.S.

The Gateway Pundit spoke to Dr. Pete Chambers, a former Army Lt. Col. and Green Beret, who first went public with the story and has devoted years of his life to protecting the southern border. On the evening of September 22, he received a report from a confidential informant.

The next morning, Chambers said a second informant corroborated this report with a colleague close to Chambers by the name of Bazzel Baz.

As the founder of the Association for the Recovery of Children (ARC), the former a former CIA Intelligence Special Operations Group Paramilitary Case Officer primarily fights against child sex trafficking at the southern border.

According to Chambers, one informant was outside of the United States while the other was within. The informants had received information that nine surface-to-air missiles (SAMs) had crossed into the United States via a point of entry (POE).

Both Chambers and Baz were told specifically that these were Misagh-3 missiles of Persian origin. However, Chambers said, “despite their origin, he said it is not necessarily indicative of Iranian involvement until proven otherwise.”

In fact, one informant asserted, “it’s not them” even though Iran often threatens revenge for the 2020 killing of IRGC-QF Commander Qasem Soleimani that was ordered by then-president Donald Trump.

Regardless of the potential for Iranian involvement, Chambers said, “there is credible evidence that there are three three-man teams of non-Persian origin inside the United States.” He also disclosed that “a second tranche of information identified former president [Donald] Trump’s airplane as the target.”

“The shoulder fired missile system is typically used for a low and slow target, like a plane or helicopter taking off or landing,” the former Green Beret explained, adding that he cannot understand how nine of the missile systems could make it across the border at a POE.

“I understand what can make it through a POE and what cannot,” Chambers noted. “Yes, things can slip through, but this is not one of those things.”

Chambers argued, “the only way you can get this through is by paying somebody off at a POE.” Although he is “not pointing fingers at Border Patrol or anybody,” he said, “it either happened this way or there was some kind of diversion.”

He suspects the involvement of the Sinaloa cartel which controls much of what comes across the border and “someone on our side.”

Interestingly, Chambers said, “some legislators and the intelligence community knew about it.” As a result, he said, former president Trump has been briefed extensively on an Iranian threat.

WAKE UP OHIO!

Eric Holder is leading the charge along with others from outside of Ohio to gerrymander the election process in Ohio.

Their idea is to basically toss our current districts into a blender until they get the results they want (NOT WHAT OHIO ALREADY VOTED FOR)

Eric Holder became the first U.S. attorney general in history to be held in both criminal and civil contempt. He was held in contempt by the House of Representatives in a 255–67 vote, with 17 Democrats voting for the measure.

One example of gerrymandering is the map in this post where they hop around the state connecting districts by what looks like a freeway.
